My Grandfather’s Friends
My grandfather asked me to come with him in visiting his old friends in an hospital located nearby. 43 years ago he worked as a payroll manager in an industrial company. Four of his friend are now suffering from a rare disease called mesothelioma. His oldest friend Danilo is now suffering from a pleural mesothelioma. Fortunately, the three were diagnosed earlier and has a bigger chance in surviving the rare disease. While in the hospital, we then known the best way to avoid poor mesothelioma prognosis is through early detection.
After a few minutes in the hospital my grandfather met two mesothelioma lawyers visiting his friend, and helping out in legal matters they might put against the company they worked for. They are a big help to Danilo, knowing all the expenses he must shoulder for the rest of the treatment. It’s nice to know that there are other people who are willing to help people suffering from mesothelioma. I can say, we are lucky that my grandfather is still healthy without any disease knowing that, he worked at the same same company where his friends got the disease.
